About Larry Sturman
Larry Sturman, owner of Creative Design Center, brings more than 35 years of expertise to the art of kitchen remodeling across Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean County, NJ. His passion for functional yet stylish design is evident in every space he transforms, combining thoughtful planning with quality craftsmanship to create kitchens that are as beautiful as they are practical.
At the heart of Larry’s philosophy is a commitment to empowering clients through knowledge. He believes that an informed homeowner is key to a successful remodeling experience, and he takes pride in guiding each client through the process with clarity and care. From exploring layout options to selecting the perfect finishes, Larry ensures that every detail reflects his clients’ vision and lifestyle.
Through his leadership at Creative Design Center, Larry continues to shape the way people think about kitchen design—one project at a time.
About Marge Masella
Marge has been an essential part of the Creative Design Center team since 2012 and is also one of its proud owners. She and Larry have worked together for over 30 years, including 14 years as business partners, combining their experience and passion to create beautiful, functional kitchens. Marge brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to her administrative role, ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
A proud New Jersey native, Marge lives locally—and even had her own kitchen designed by Larry, inspired by her love for Fabuwood. When she’s not at the office, you can find her traveling, cooking, or baking up something delicious. Marge loves seeing each client’s dream kitchen come to life and takes pride in being part of a team that turns ideas into beautiful, functional spaces.
About Mark
Mark joined the Creative Design Center team in 2025 after moving to the local area from North Jersey. With more than 40 years of experience in kitchen design and sales, he brings a deep understanding of both creativity and craftsmanship to every project. His passion for kitchen design began early in his career while working in Manhattan, where he developed a love for helping clients bring their dream spaces to life.
Originally an English major, Mark combines an eye for detail with a talent for communication—ensuring every client enjoys a smooth, personalized experience from start to finish. In his free time, he enjoys photography, traveling, woodworking, and cooking. Mark is thrilled to be part of the Creative Design Center team, known for its outstanding design services and dedication to quality in kitchen remodeling.
About Mamie
Meet Mamie — our four-legged bundle of joy and official Creative Design Center mascot! This 8-year-old Bichon Havanese loves nothing more than her walks, belly rubs, and a good dose of attention (preferably all at once).
Mamie proudly wears her diva title and isn’t shy about her favorite treats — peanut butter and liver snacks are her absolute must-haves. She visits the showroom once or twice a month to check in on the team, greet clients, and make sure everything (and everyone) is running smoothly.
When Mamie’s around, smiles are guaranteed — after all, every great design studio deserves a little extra fluff and charm! 🐶💛
